Christine Kelleher Palus (Ph.D., The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) is Associate Professor of Public Administration and Dean of Graduate Studies in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Villanova University. Dr. Palus’s research focuses on state and local government and public management. Her work has been published in numerous outlets, including the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, State and Local Government Review, Urban Affairs Review, and American Review of Public Administration, among others. As Graduate Dean, Dr. Palus oversees all graduate programs in the humanities, social sciences, and sciences. Prior to her current appointment, she served as Graduate Program Director and Chair for the Department of Public Administration.
