Tim O. Peterson (Ph.D. Texas A&M University) is a Professor of Management and Department Chair of Transportation, Logistics, & Finance in the College of Business at North Dakota State University. He teaches undergraduate classes in the vital competencies needed by all people to be good organizational citizens. His research interests are leadership, work-life competencies, the scholarship of teaching, and the application of information technology to organizational issues. He serves on the boards of Theatre B and the West Fargo Educational Foundation. Prior to starting his academic career, he served for 25 years in the U.S. Air Force retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1991.
