William C. Livingood, PhD University of Florida, USA

Bill Livingood is on the faculty of the University of Florida College of Medicine, Jacksonville, where he has served as Director of the Institute for Health, Policy and Evaluation Research at the Duval County Health Department. He has been a Principal or Co-Principal Investigator on numerous CDC, HRSA and other funded community-based applied research and evaluation projects that have involved the use of mixed methods. His research has included studies in tobacco control, HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, physical activity and the prevention of obesity, and workforce development and credentialing in the health professions. Dr. Livingood is a Past President and Distinguished Fellow of the Society for Public Health Education and a Past President of the Association of Accredited Public Health Programs.
