Goran Ahrne is a professor of sociology. He is also working at SCORE(Stockholm Centre for Organizational Research). My current research aims to explain social processes and human behavior by examining different principles for organizing and differences between organized relationships and those relationships that are not organized, such as friendship. Currently I am working primarily with two empirical projects. One is about organizations that have other organizations as members (meta-organizations) and one is about friendship conditions and limits.
