Merryn Gott (professor and palliative care and gerontology research specialist) has been involved in conducting research for 20 years and has a particular interest in developing models of palliative and end-of-life care to meet the needs of aging populations. Her research is supported by substantial national and international grants. Professor Gott has published extensively and serves on the Editorial Boards of Progress in Palliative Care and the British Medical Journal (Supportive and Palliative Care).
