Pansy McFarlane-Edmond is Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood Studies at London Metropolitan University. She teaches on a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate modules. Pansy has nearly 40 years’ experience working, accessing, and leading within early years (Nursery class, Day Nurseries, Sure Start and Children Centres and has18 years’ experience in FE and HE).
