North Cooc completed his EdD in quantitative policy analysis in education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2014. He is currently an assistant professor of special education at the University of Texas at Austin. His research uses quantitative methods and large-scale secondary data to examine inequality in the learning experiences and outcomes of individuals with disabilities.
