Estonia

Estonia is an eligible EIFL partner country for an EIFL-negotiated agreement with Sage through the EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries) licensing programme. The agreement for participating institutions will run from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2024. The details of the agreement are as follows:

To qualify for the agreement, the corresponding author must be affiliated with one of the institutions listed and have an article accepted for publication between January 01, 2023, and December 31, 2024.

What happens during peer review? 

Your manuscript will undergo an initial evaluation to check that it conforms to the submission requirements. If it doesn’t, it will be returned to you for amendments prior to peer review. Manuscripts may be desk rejected without peer review at this point if they are out of scope for the journal or otherwise unsuitable.
