Dr. Er-Win Tan is an Assistant Professor at Keimyung Adams College in Daegu, The Republic of Korea; with effect from March 2019, he will hold the position of Assistant Professor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul. He is the author of The U.S. Versus the North Korean Nuclear Threat: Mitigating the Nuclear Security Dilemma (Routledge, 2014) and numerous articles on North Korea as well as security and diplomacy in East Asia.
